A 2014-born player, is a real and current example of the international pathway developed
by Trident FC in partnership with BM Sport Agency.
Racing Experience & High Performance Program
Noah participated in the Racing Experience Camp and the High Performance Program,
planned and organized jointly by BM Sport Agency and Real Racing Club de Santander.
During his time in Spain, he trained in a professional club environment, following the
official club methodology, and shared sessions with local and international players.
Official Invitation
As a result of his sporting performance, attitude, and ability to adapt, Noah has been
officially invited to join the club’s professional youth academy (2014 age group) for a
three (3) month period, as part of Racing Santander’s international program, alongside
other international players currently involved in the club.
International Residence & Integrated Support
As part of the program, Noah will reside in the club’s international residence, living
alongside other international players.
Academic support, ensuring educational continuity
- Spanish language classes, facilitating cultural and football adaptation
- This integrated support system allows for a progressive and stable adaptation to the professional club environment.
Monitoring & Long-Term Projection
The club will conduct ongoing monitoring of Noah’s sporting and personal development,
with the objective of continuous improvement at each stage and the potential, over time, for
a future professional pathway within the club, based strictly on merit and evaluation.
