Jaime Grondona is the founder of BM Sport Agency and a former professional footballer with an 18-year career in top-division football in Chile and Europe. He was part of the Chile U-20 National Team that achieved 3rd place at the FIFA U-20 World Cup Canada 2007, where he also contributed with goals and standout performances.
